CAPN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,562 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL2, PLS1, and MISP. Each is linked with CAPN5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN5-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN5 versus SH3BGRL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
