CAPN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICMT, EIF5A, and THAP3. Each is linked with CAPN5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN5-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ICMT grouped by CAPN5-low versus CAPN5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
