CAPN15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPN15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPN15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA14, SMC4, and STUB1_S19. Each is linked with CAPN15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPN15-to-partner and partner-to-CAPN15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPN15 versus HSPA14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPN15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPN15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
