Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CANT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 929 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CANT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ52, IGLJ7, and KCTD9. Each is linked with CANT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CANT1-to-partner and partner-to-CANT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ52 grouped by CANT1-low versus CANT1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CANT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CANT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
