CAND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P4, DUXAP2, and SENP3-EIF4A1. Each is linked with CAND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAND1-to-partner and partner-to-CAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P4 grouped by CAND1-low versus CAND1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
