Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,753 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL4, THNSL2, and CFAP53. Each is linked with CAMTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMTA1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMTA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL4 grouped by CAMTA1-low versus CAMTA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
