CAMKK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,259 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGAM5, SART3, and SNRPD2. Each is linked with CAMKK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMKK2 versus PGAM5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
