Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAMKK2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CAMKK2 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CAMKK2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAMKK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CAMKK2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
