Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMKK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,036 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMKK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP6, TREM1, and PTPN11. Each is linked with CAMKK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMKK2 versus LARP6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
