CAMKK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMKK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMKK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB35, SETD1B, and FBXW8. Each is linked with CAMKK2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMKK2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMKK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMKK2 versus RAB35 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMKK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMKK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
