Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2N2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMK2N2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRNKL1, MAPRE1, and METTL4. Each is linked with CAMK2N2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2N2 versus CRNKL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2N2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2N2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
