Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2N2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,744 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMK2N2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Micturition, Organic hydroxy compound transport, and Protein localization to early endosome. Each is linked with CAMK2N2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N2-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N2 results are reported.
