CAMK2N1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2N1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,079 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2N1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PXN, CAVIN3, and CEBPZ_S629. Each is linked with CAMK2N1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2N1 versus PXN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2N1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2N1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
