Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAMK2N1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CAMK2N1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CAMK2N1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAMK2N1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CAMK2N1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
