CAMK2N1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2N1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,077 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2N1-associated genes across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, MYH16, and TRAV10. Each is linked with CAMK2N1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2N1 versus THEMIS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2N1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2N1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
