CAMK2N1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2N1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2N1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-61P, RNVU1-28, and RNY4P19. Each is linked with CAMK2N1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-61P grouped by CAMK2N1-low versus CAMK2N1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2N1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2N1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
