Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2N1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,150 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2N1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteolysis, Protein localization to plasma membrane, and Hormone-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with CAMK2N1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N1 results are reported.
