Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2N1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAMK2N1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf52, ARL5A, and SGCB. Each is linked with CAMK2N1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2N1-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2N1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf52 grouped by CAMK2N1-low versus CAMK2N1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
