CAMK2G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,303 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, CCDC6, and DDX50. Each is linked with CAMK2G in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2G-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAMK2G versus P4HB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
