CALY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1309P, RNU4-31P, and RNU6-15P. Each is linked with CALY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALY-to-partner and partner-to-CALY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1309P grouped by CALY-low versus CALY-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALY→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
