Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,026 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH1, HSPA9, and LIAS. Each is linked with CALR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALR3-to-partner and partner-to-CALR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNIH1 grouped by CALR3-low versus CALR3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
