Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with CALR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALR3-to-partner and partner-to-CALR3 results are reported.
