CALR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LALBA, VN1R3, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with CALR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALR3-to-partner and partner-to-CALR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LALBA grouped by CALR3-low versus CALR3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
