Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALML6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALML6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CICP28, MIR6783, and MRGPRX13P. Each is linked with CALML6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML6-to-partner and partner-to-CALML6 results are reported.
