CALM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF166, SMAD5-AS1, and SLC27A4. Each is linked with CALM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM2-to-partner and partner-to-CALM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF166 grouped by CALM2-low versus CALM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
