Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALHM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALHM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL810P, RN7SL248P, and OR2D2. Each is linked with CALHM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM3-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL810P grouped by CALHM3-low versus CALHM3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALHM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALHM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
