CALCRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKIPSD, RRP12, and MAPKAPK5. Each is linked with CALCRL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCRL-to-partner and partner-to-CALCRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCKIPSD grouped by CALCRL-low versus CALCRL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
