CALCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP393, GAGE12H, and MREGP1. Each is linked with CALCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCA-to-partner and partner-to-CALCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP393 grouped by CALCA-low versus CALCA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
