The most reproducible CALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A5, IQCF5, and RN7SL735P. Each is linked with CALB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALB2-to-partner and partner-to-CALB2 results are reported.
