Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT70, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with CALB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALB2-to-partner and partner-to-CALB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT70 grouped by CALB2-low versus CALB2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
