Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1 and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with CALB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALB2-to-partner and partner-to-CALB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by CALB2-low versus CALB2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
