CADPS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,354 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCLL1, NFASC, and TSR1. Each is linked with CADPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADPS versus HMGCLL1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
