Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCE_S329, RPL28, and RPS23. Each is linked with CACNG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG3-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNG3 versus PRKCE_S329 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
