Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,730 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC16A8, SBF1, and SUN2. Each is linked with CACNG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG3-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNG3 versus SLC16A8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
