CACNG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with CACNG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG3-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CACNG3-low versus CACNG3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
