Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1S protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,302 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, GALNT16, and SLC8A3. Each is linked with CACNA1S in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1S-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1S results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1S versus CTSG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
