CACNA1S

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1S mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, DEPDC1, and TAF9. Each is linked with CACNA1S in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1S-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by CACNA1S-low versus CACNA1S-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
