Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1S mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, PAI-1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CACNA1S in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1S-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1S results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CACNA1S-low versus CACNA1S-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
