CACNA1I

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1I RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,548 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1I-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A9, SEPTIN6, and PTBP2. Each is linked with CACNA1I in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1I-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1I versus S100A9 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1I→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
