CACNA1I

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1I protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 226 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1I-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMC1, OCA2, and AREG. Each is linked with CACNA1I in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1I-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1I versus DMC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1I→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
