CACNA1I

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1I mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,876 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1I-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKB, CEP78, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with CACNA1I in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1I-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AURKB grouped by CACNA1I-low versus CACNA1I-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1I→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
