Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 704 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA4, CEACAM4, and SHOC2. Each is linked with CACNA1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1G-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1G versus SERPINA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
