Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1C-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,934 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1C-AS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1C-AS1, AGER, and U2AF1L4. Each is linked with CACNA1C-AS2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1C-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1C-AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1C-AS2 versus CACNA1C-AS1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1C-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1C-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
