CABYR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABYR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABYR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP1, CASP4, and PFN2. Each is linked with CABYR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABYR-to-partner and partner-to-CABYR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CABYR versus CASP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABYR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABYR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
