Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABYR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,621 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABYR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRNAD1, RETREG2, and COPRS. Each is linked with CABYR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABYR-to-partner and partner-to-CABYR results are reported.
