Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABYR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABYR-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, 4E-BP1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CABYR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABYR-to-partner and partner-to-CABYR results are reported.
