CABS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSKH2, TRIM49C, and KRT28. Each is linked with CABS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABS1-to-partner and partner-to-CABS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSKH2 grouped by CABS1-low versus CABS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
