Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CABS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CABS1 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CABS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CABS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, COAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where CABS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
