CAB39L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAB39L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,414 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAB39L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, SORBS2, and ESD. Each is linked with CAB39L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAB39L-to-partner and partner-to-CAB39L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAB39L versus NAXD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAB39L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAB39L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
