The most reproducible CAB39L-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, SYNPO2, and PGM5. Each is linked with CAB39L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAB39L-to-partner and partner-to-CAB39L results are reported.
